Achievement progress for 
Heroic Broken Isles World Quests IV, which requires 100 World Quests completed in Heroic World Tier, is account-wide, meaning your alts can jump in to get the Voidscarred Regalia more quickly.
Tips for Completing Heroic World Quests
- Group up: Forming a group can make completing Heroic World Quests more manageable, especially when dealing with empowered enemies.
- Focus on non-combat quests: Some Heroic World Quests require less combat, such as those offered by the Kirin Tor, making them easier to complete solo.
- Utilize buffs: Take advantage of those scrolls in your backpack to increase your effectiveness in combat.
The Sargerei Commander sets are a series of four distinct ensembles available during the Legion Remix event, and can be obtained through various achievements:
- Voidscarred Regalia: Earned by completing 100 Heroic World Quests.
- Felscorned Regalia: Earned by completing the Legion Remix campaign.
- Lightbound Regalia: Earned by completing all Legion Remix raids on Mythic difficulty.
- Hellscarred Regalia: Earned by completing a Timeworn Keystone dungeon with a key level of 25 or higher.
