The week 2 logs are here and things are getting hectic. The very top remains stable, but we see many specs surge a ridiculous amount, from Fire’s 11-spot leap to Arms bursting into the very top keys with a 20-spot rocket-jump! Let’s dive in.
Warcraft Logs Points
The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing. This means that they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor. It is a much, much smaller factor, however. It grants only a few points for significantly faster completions compared to just any in-time finish. We’re also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity. This means that the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.
95th percentile DPS
Once a Rogue and Mage get to the top, it’s tough to unseat them without some nerfs, so it’s unsurprising the top two remain the same as in the first week. We do see the other Rogues have a bit of a rough week, but even a bad week for Rogues still sees all three specs remain in the top 10! Outlaw drops four spots to 7th as Frost DK and Havoc move one one up to fill the void.
Unholy is the story of the week, climbing a big five spots into 5th, with Feral slotting in right behind it, gaining one spot. We find Assassination right behind Outlaw, only dropping two spots. Balance is hanging on to the top 10 and remains stable, which is good considering its terrible performance in the raid. Shadow closes out the top 10 having gained two spots, as we see Affliction dropping off to the bottom half and we now have a Warlock-less top 10! Very bad news for Hunters, as not only are BM and Survival in the bottom 3, but Marksmanship is only two spots away! Frost Mage is once again the worst spec of the Season, as it boasts the penultimate spot both here and in the raid.
All Percentiles
We have a switcheroo from the top percentiles here as Arcane lands on top, but that’s just because Subtlety just got here from 3rd last week, as the overall chars are always slower to catch up. Feral is doing a lot better here, making a huge 4-spot move into 4th, just ahead of the also surging, also 4-spot-rising Unholy! The 4-spot move seems to be very popular, as Havoc takes advantage of it as well, moving into 6th. Balance drops off three spots to make room for all this upwards mobility. But the biggest mover of the week is Fire Mage, grabbing its buff and skyrocketing 11 places and right into the final top 10 spot!
Retribution finds itself in the bottom 3 here, as the Paladins are doing better in the raid, so hopefully we can avoid more Discord shenanigans.
Specific Keys
Enhancement moves to the top of the farm key 7s, and we start seeing where Arcane and Subtlety get their juice from in 12s. Fire is doing really well in the high keys, as it takes over the 15s!

Very High Key Raw DPS Numbers
Note: We’re also taking a look at the raw damage numbers from Mythicstats. They take the top runs for extremely high keys (+13-18) from WarcraftLogs and list the overall DPS for the dungeon, which includes non-combat time as well. They’re ranked by the average DPS numbers, with the very top of the top shown next to it.
We have a complete rearrangement in the raw DPS top keys (which also moved to 13-18s this past week). Frost DK grabs the top spot in a big 8-spot move, but Arms takes its spotlight with a colossal 20 positions gained, as that 8% sure helped motivate the Warriors to push higher! Outlaw and Assassination had to make room, dropping a few spots, while Unholy and Devastation moved a few up to enter the top 10 as well. But we saved the best for last, as Discord mods everywhere (well, that one place anyway) rejoice with Retribution bursting up 12 spots to into the final top 10 spot! Meanwhile, Frost Mage manages to find itself in the bottom 3 of another chart, this time joined by Augmentation and Fury.
