Legion Assaults Might Finally Get a Solo Queue in Patch 11.2.7

Phase Three of Legion Remix is live this week, and Legion Assaults have officially been added into mix! With it, players have once again voiced a long-standing frustration that Legion Assault scenarios still aren’t solo-queueable.

The Wait Is Real

You need three players to complete the scenarios either by queuing or forming a group. As you can see in the linked Reddit post, queue times in Legion Remix can easily reach more than ten minutes.

Legion Assaults are mainly done to complete the Breaching the Tomb iconBreaching the Tomb achievement, which unlocks your class mount in your Order Hall, and to obtain rare weapon transmogs.

Assault Timers Are an Issue as well

Players have also noticed that the wait between assaults feels long for a time-limited event like Remix. Many players logged into Remix after reset only to find no assaults active and no way to complete their quests.

Sole Queue Scenarios Could Be Coming Soon

On the 11.2.7 PTR, Legion Remix includes solo queues for Legion Assault scenarios, which suggests this feature could be coming soon. Thanks to MrGM for the screenshot!

Patch 11.2.7 doesn’t have an official release date yet, but it’s speculated for early December when early access to housing is released. Early Access housing releases on December 2nd, and Legion Remix Phase 5 releases December 9th. This could mean we will see solo queue in time for the last phase of Remix, the catch-up phase.

Retail Would Also Benefit from This

Since Legion is no longer current content on live servers, finding players for these scenarios can be tough. That’s whymany are hoping this change hits retail and maybe even Warfronts next!

Let us know your thoughts! Do you think this change is actually coming? Will we see it in retail if it does?
