It’s been quite the day in this inaugural Midnight Race to World First, and its slowly coming to an end. At the start we saw Liquid call it a night a few hours after extending their raid times and Echo wake up to a 44% best in phase 4, aka the extremely unexpected secret phase.
Now, in the EU evening, we have Liquid waking back up to see the boss still alive, although another 30% lower in terms of best pull! Echo managed to bring Midnight Falls down to 11% after L’ura fully heals back up to her 1 Billion HP (thanks to that handy damage buff) in the secret phase.

Method also got some very good progress, but as they did not extend their raid day they’re far behind the top two, yet to even see the secret phase and sitting on a 12% phase 3 best.
And so we come to today, the final day of the US reset and most likely the final day of the race as well. Liquid will be waking up shortly and heading back in, while Echo are nice and warmed up. We’ll be seeing some incredible head-to-head pulls soon enough, with a photo finish to this very unusual and very thrilling race.
Will Liquid claim their 4th win in a row? Or will Echo pull of a comeback and make their mark on Midnight? We’ll find out soon.
