We’ve datamined a good portion of the 11.2.7 story and we have a major lore character returning in the patch!

What’s the 11.2.7 Story About?
Based on datamining, we roughly know that the 11.2.7 story revolves around Vereesa having strange “visions”. The character also received a new model used for in-game cutscenes. Check it out below.
Here’s the dialogue we’ve datamined that’s tied to the vision:
Rhonin — Vereesa!
Vereesa — Arator…?!
Where are you?
(painful groan)
No…
The screams…
The horror.
Stop!
It’s too much!
I cannot bear to see this!
Stop! Stop!
NOOOO!!!
Shal’na! Come back to us.
The Return of Our Beloved Banshee Queen
Another scenescript called 11.2.7_ARTC_[COS]_Ceremony_of_Sending_IGC is referencing Sylvanas Windrunner who sings the following lines in Thalassian:
Vendel’o eranu,
Vendel’o eranu,
asha’lanore
Sin’dorei-
Elu’meniel mal alann.
Sin’dorei-
Translated into English, this means:
Justice will be done,
Justice will be done
for the people.
Our enemies will fall.
Children of the Blood.
And in fact, the game files contain a new in-game cutscene model of Sylvanas with a maw-themed harp, who will return and sing the above song at some point during the 11.2.7 story. Here’s a better look at the model.
The War Within Epilogue?
The 11.2.7 Campaign – Act 3 – Placeholder IGC scenescript reveals more information about what’s going to happen in what appears to be the final campaign chapter of Patch 11.2.7.
“The camera pans up from Arator and Vereesa, fading back into the space of K’aresh.”
“While tracking an ethereal through a rift, Alleria encounters Xal’atath from afar.”
“Xal’atath brandishes the Dark Heart, beginning the process of conjuring the Voidstorm over Silvermoon.”
