Blizzard has recently implemented the Quel’Thalas loading screen on the Beta, but what’s strange is that Quel’Thalas is actually taking up just a small portion of it!
If Midnight is an expansion centered around Quel’Thalas, why is the entire continent in spotlight?
Accidental Geography or Rework Tease?
There are a couple of plausible explanations here. This could simply be Blizzard future-proofing the expansion, or it could be an early hint that parts of the Eastern Kingdoms are in line for updates.
According to the Red Shirt Guy, reworking all of Lordaeron / Northern Eastern Kingdoms is unlikely, but we could see at least some of the zones reworked in the future.
