We recently reported on gold-rewarding World Quests and even some weeklies and activities having their gold rewards removed without any notice. It seems this was indeed a bug, and Blizzard have now fixed it! So, if you wanted to stock up on some gold and have some free time, there are still fast and easy activities to grab a little of it on available.
This bug has now been fixed, and affected World Quests should be providing intended rewards.
