We’re in week 3 of Horrific Visions, and players have been running into some trouble completing the various mask achievements.
Getting it Just Right (in Stormwind)
Many players have been reporting problems with achievements related to completing Visions with a specific number of masks activated. Specifically, it seems that doing a run with more than the number of masks required for each specific achievement is causing them not to complete for some players.
8-mask runs are very doable at the moment, so when Dawadoid finished a run that did not complete the 5-mask 
The Most Horrific Vision of Stormwind achievement. The 8-mask worked fine, but the lower one did not.
This prompted many other players to share their experiences as well. This isn’t just related to 8-mask runs/5-mask achievements, as it seems lower mask achievements sometimes just do not complete in higher runs. And it may all be related to just the Stormwind Visions specifically!
There are more reports of non-exact mask runs not unlocking the related achievements. However, this doesn’t seem to be an issue for everyone, as some players get the achievements normally.
In the end, Dawadoid did get their 5-mask achi, after re-running the Vision with 5 masks specifically.
While this isn’t a game-breaking bug, it is pretty annoying to have to go back and run lower difficulty content just for the achievement. And it’s certainly not intended, as the system works normally in Orgrimmar, and for some players. It’s probably not a high-priority issue, but hopefully it gets resolved soon.
