It seems the Broken Shore Remix phase was aptly named! Players are finding out there are some insurmountable barriers standing between them and most class mounts!

First off, it’s important to note that the class mount quests are also completable in retail, and the bugs seem confined to Legion Remix. However, many players leveled classes they don’t have in retail on Remix to grab some of these rewards specifically, and Remix events are all about getting older expansion cosmetics after all. On the larger scale, this is a delay at worst. The Remix characters will be back to retail when the event ends (and you can transfer them before that as well), and they can then get the mounts. Secondly, the class mounts are obtainable in Remix as well, but in their new fel forms. You can get them by leveling a class to 80 or by spending some Bronze.
So what’s going on with the OG mounts?
Well, many class mount questlines, which arrived to WoW in the Broken Shore phase just aren’t working. From missing NPCs to getting kicked out of the timeline, unjoinable scenarios, profession or AH requirements, and more, something blocks progression for many classes. 8 out of 12 classes, as Lathira tested out, in fact. Only Druid, Priest, and Demon Hunter worked for them, with all the rest hitting some sort of dead end. Outside of just the mount rewards, some players also just want to actually do the questlines themselves.
