If you plan on purchasing 3 items with your Puzzling Cartel Chips in Season 2, you should probably know that right now, there’s no catch-up system implemented.
This means if you skip one week and do not complete the repeatable “Turbo-Boost: Powerhouse Challenges” quest, you will only be able to earn 1 
Puzzling Cartel Chip the next week and no additional dinars will be available to you.
Dragonflight Season 4 had a catch-up system where players earned additional dinars from raid bosses when they missed a week.
You can still earn your first 3 Puzzling Cartel Chips by completing the Ultra Prime Deluxe Turbo-Boost: Powerhouse Challenges, and pick up an additional chip by finishing the repeatable Turbo-Boost: Powerhouse Challenges, all in the same week for 4 chips. However, if you skip the weekly 1-dinar quest, you won’t be able to make it up later!
Where to Pick Up the Quest?
Head to Dornogal’s Great Vault building and on the wall, you will see a poster that you can interact with to accept the quest.
