It would seem that the latest WoW class and race will not be making an appearance in Legion Remix!
A Remixless Class
You may have missed this in the official Legion Remix overview, but right at the start in the “What is Legion Remix” section, Dracthyr get some bad news:
Legion Remix is a time-limited seasonal event where players can create a Timerunner as one of the original 12 Legion classes and replay the entire Legion expansion at an accelerated pace from level 10-80 with some major gameplay twists.
This is a bit of a strange decision on Blizzard’s part. The previous Remix event, Mists of Pandaria, did allow the spec and class. It’s possible the announcement above just meant that we can replay the original classes, not meaning to exclude new ones. But as it’s written for now, it does seem Evokers won’t be available. There actually is a reason Blizzard might want to exclude them, however. The Evokers do not have Class Halls or a class mount. Adding them in might be problematic, both in terms of the work needed to be done and the lore itself. We shouldn’t have to wait too long to find out. The 11.2.5 PTR should be along shortly, and we’ll find out then.
