In Patch 11.2: Ghosts of K’aresh, Blizzard is introducing a new potion that could shake up high-end Mythic+ strategies big time!
For years, Night Elf players have enjoyed a significant advantage in Mythic+ dungeons thanks to 
Shadowmeld‘s ability to instantly drop aggro and skip trash. It’s become almost mandatory in high-end runs that that team comps often revolve around bringing Night Elves just to pull off these skips.
However, Blizzard has taken notice, and in 11.2, they’re introducing 
Umbral Essentia, a potion, that will replicate the effect of Shadowmeld, opening up that utility to all races.
The goal is to reduce the pressure players feel to bring Night Elves to Mythic+ to stay competitive.
