Gear from the event, when placed into the <a href="https://www.icy-veins.com/wow/catalyst-guide">The Catalyst</a> is converted into the Normal Manaforge Omega tier set. And since the update to the transmog system, completing this set on Normal will also unlock the Raid Finder appearances. Two sets for the price of one!
