Blizzard have resolved the issues surrounding Charter Neighborhoods! Players can now create custom neighborhoods, choosing their neighbors and having control over Endeavors and other features. In case you weren’t aware, Character Neighborhoods are invite-only and allow the owner, who purchased the neighborhood charter, to decide who gets in, up to the 50-player cap.
Blizzard are still keeping an eye out for the issues that caused them to disable the feature.
We’ve fixed the issue and enabled Charter Neighborhoods. You should now be able to turn in your signed charter and continue making a Charter Neighborhood.
