You just can’t keep some players from messing with the system! It seems endeavors were opening the door to some shady practices when it came to Midnight leveling. However, Blizzard have put a stop to it before the Early Access launch. Endeavor XP has been disabled for the entirety of the Early Access period, and scaling for older zones during Endeavor activities has also been removed for the first month, as players were abusing the old zones for some big XP gains and even some Midnight-level gear!
I can also confirm that Endeavor XP is temporarily disabled in Midnight Early Access.
Furthermore, scaling for the older zones when doing Endeavor activities is disabled for the entire first month, and will return with the Endeavor that begins in early April.
