You will find Predaxas in The Voidstorm at 49.08, 86,57.
Just like all other Midnight World Bosses, Predaxas drops guaranteed Warbound ilvl 250 Champion-tier gear. Even with being a month into Season 1, it is still worth defeating Predaxas. Not only for the easy gear you can give to your alts.
But just like all other world bosses like Cragpine, Lu’ashal, or Thorm’belan, he can drop the 
Forgotten Farstrider’s Insignia, which is still a very potent trinket even at this stage in the season.
