It seems it’s just not a good week for Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club members! Yesterday we saw Blizzard fix an issue that was causing players to get stuck on 750 out of the 2500 needed for a Renown rank this week. However, it seems that the issue was not only not resolved for some players, but there’s another, new number players are getting stuck on!
Two Caps on the Worst Week
There have been players reporting that the hotfix did not resolve their issue, and they remain stuck at 750 reputation. Blizzard did specifically emphasize that players would have to clear the raid on alts to get the reputation after the hotfix, so that may account for some of the reports. However, there’s now new reports of players getting stuck just before the maximum threshold, at 2499!
To make things worse, this is one of the worst possible weeks to get stuck. Players who diligently ranked up the raid Renown would unlock the new 15% 
Loyal Customer damage and healing buff.
Hopefully a hotfix for this issue comes as swiftly as it did for the first one.
