In Patch 11.2, the soft nerf for the Manaforge Omega raid caps out at 15%, not the 18% we’ve had in Liberation of Undermine.
What’s Changed from Patch 11.1?
Blizzard tied the soft nerf to the raid-exclusive Renown starting with Liberation of Undermine and the Gallagio Royalty Rewards Club. The buff grants a stacking +3% damage and healing buff at various Renown levels, but for Patch 11.1, it capped at +18%.
Now in 11.2, Blizzard introduced the same +3% stacking buff, but you’re capped at Renown 15 for a total of +15%. That’s a full 3% less in Manaforge Omega.
How the Soft Nerf Works for Manaforge Omega
You can increase your Renown with Manaforge Vandals by 1 per week, which means you will receive your first +3% buff during Week 4 of the raid, and every three weeks after, it will increase by another +3%.
- Renown 4: +3% damage and healing (Behind Enemy Lines I)
- Renown 7: +6% damage and healing (Behind Enemy Lines II)
- Renown 10: +9% damage and healing (Behind Enemy Lines III)
- Renown 13: +12% damage and healing (Behindf Enemy Lines IV)
- Renown 15: +15% damage and healing (Behind Enemy Lines V)

Why This Matters for Raiders
While 3% may not sound like much, it can absolutely make a difference, especially when your raid group is say wiping repeatedly on a boss at 2% health.
