There’s been a bit of an issue with this week’s raid reputation, as many players are reporting getting stuck and not gaining any after a certain point.
Stuck at 750
There are many reports, with various bosses and lieutenants not giving any Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Club reputation on kill. There isn’t any consistent pattern to it, as players speculated on which bosses work and which don’t. However, it does seem like it’s just moving up to 750 reputation and then getting stuck:

If you’ve been up-to-date on your reputation, this week should have unlocked the 15% Loyal Customer: Diamond damage and healing buff. Luckily, Blizzard are aware of the situation and a hotfix is on its way. No word on the exact timing, but hopefully it should arrive today. Unfortunately, Blizzard aren’t sure how the hotfix will work yet. Players may need to re-kill the bosses they didn’t get credit for on an alt to get progress.
We’ve got this reported up, and a hotfix is being worked on. Currently, we’re unsure if you’ll be able to kill the bosses once more for the rep, unfortunately, but you may be able to get the rep on an alt to catch back up if you’ve got one.
