Retribution Surges! Mythic+ DPS Logs, Week 11

Starym's Avatar by Starym

We have another stable week on our hands, but there is one exception! Retribution is making some big waves in the generalist bracket, as it skyrockets half the chart up into the top 10. Other than that, we have the nerfed specs drop a little still, as players move away from them.

DPS Logs, by Warcraft Logs Points

The below logs are based on POINTS, and not actual damage or healing. This means that they log the timed completion for the specs, with higher keys getting more points, obviously. The time in which the dungeon is completed is also a factor. It is a much, much smaller factor, however. It grants only a few points for significantly faster completions compared to just any in-time finish. We’re also using the Normalized Aggregate Scores numbers, for clarity. This means that the top spec is marked as 100 and then the rest are ranked in relation to that peak point.

95th percentile DPS

Arcane is falling in the top percentiles, as players may still be adjusting to its nerfs from a few weeks ago. The Mage drops two spots into 6th as Elemental and Fury both move past it, while the rest of the top 10 remains exactly the same! Just outside it, however, we see Destruction move up two spots and replace Retribution in 11th. Down at the bottom of the list we see Assassination make it out, while the Evokers group up, and Aug enters the final three spots.

All Percentiles

The generalist bracket is still catching up to last week’s top percentiles as Beast Mastery moves into 3rd and Arcane only drops one to 4th. Fury and Elemental hop over Subtlety, while Outlaw drops even lower, three spots down and out of the top 10. Unholy makes use of the Rogue’s drop, but it’s Retribution that’s the story of the week, making an extreme comeback by leaping up a huge nine spots into 10th!

Specific Keys

Havoc makes a name for itself in 10s, rising quite a few spots and taking the top one, but drops a few in 15s.

Very High Key Raw DPS Numbers

Note: We’re also taking a look at the raw damage numbers from Mythicstats. They take the top runs for extremely high keys (+14-22) from WarcraftLogs and list the overall DPS for the dungeon, which includes non-combat time as well. They’re ranked by the average DPS numbers, with the very top of the top shown next to it.

Frost DK moves back to the top as the nerfs still slightly reverberate and push Beast Mastery down a little bit. The rest of the top 10 is exactly the same, while we see Marksmanship gain a couple of spots in 12th.
