You know things are getting spicy in Azeroth when Rextroy shows up with another one-shot build, and this time, he deleted the Warchief in five seconds flat! No gimmick, no raid bufs, just a Hunter, a few rats, and the 
Phantom Pain talent doing crazy math.
The Bug Behind the One-Shot
At the core of the one-shot is Phantom Pain, a talent that causes your 
Aimed Shot to echo for 24% of its damage on targets afflicted by 
Black Arrow (which replaces 
Kill Shot).
By abusing the way WoW scales damage against low-level mobs, he’s hitting level 30 NPCs for over 536 million, and thanks to Phantom Pain, a clean 128 million of that splashes onto your real target. Player, boss, doesn’t matter!
With 
Withering Fire, you can spread Black Arrow to nearby enemies, making this an AoE one-shot combo!
One-Shotting Rokhan with Rats
To kill Rokhan, Rextroy takes it open step further. Using the 
Unconscious Dig Rat trick, he summons 3 rats inside the Horde Warchief room. These serve as the perfect low-level damage amplifiers to max out Phantom Pain cap!
