Many players are discovering that raid and world boss mounts can drop from the new Satchels of Celestial Chance. Elegon’s mount (Reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent) has been confirmed, as well as Sha of Anger’s mount (Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent). So far, there have been no confirmations about Galleons mount (Son of Galleon’s Saddle).
More Than Just Raid Mounts
In addition to raid mounts, many previously unobtainable mounts are now available through the Satchels of Celestial Chance.
Confirmed Mounts Found in the Satchel
While Blizzard hasn’t provided a full drop list, players have already found the following mounts in the satchels:
- Reins of the Jungle Riding Crane
- Reins of the Celestial Riding Crane
- Reins of the Black Riding Yak
- Reins of the Brown Riding Yak
- Reins of the White Riding Yak
- Reins of the Crimson Water Strider
- Reins of the Jade Water Strider
- Reins of the Orange Water Strider
- Reins of the Golden Water Strider
- Reins of the Astral Cloud Serpent
- Reins of the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent
Still Unconfirmed Drops
While the mounts above are confirmed, several previously unobtainable ones still haven’t been verified as drops:
- Reins of the Heavenly Azure Cloud Serpent
- Reins of the Heavenly Jade Cloud Serpent
- Reins of the Celestial Riding Tiger
- Reins of the Celestial Riding Serpent
- Reins of the Celestial Riding Ox
Many of these mounts were added in later expansions such as Warlords of Draenor, and some even in Legion! Does this mean Mists of Pandaria will be the last Classic expansion Blizzard plans to re-create? Will raid and world boss mounts from future MoP phases also be added to satchels as they roll out?
