Reddit user jediarchives11 has picked up the torch where development left off, updating the long-dormant addon with support for all current content up to The War Within expansion! And this isn’t just a compatibility patch, there’s a fully revamped UI, a new favorites system, and quality-of-life upgraded inspired by the Classic version!

A Community-Driven Comeback
The original AtlasLoot dates back to the early 2000s, created as a companion to the Atlas map addon. Over time, it evolved through multiple maintainers: Pernicius, Daviesh, Hegarol, and Lag, until updates stopped several years ago.
This new fork isn’t just about bug fixes. It’s a complete overhaul. The UI has been updated to better suite retail WoW, and a Favorites feature has been added.
Key Features in the New Fork
- You can browse loot anywhere.
- You can preview gear with a Control (Ctrl) + Click.
- It instantly shows you the currency costs for vendor items.
- You can mark items as favorites to keep track of your wishlist.
