The Most Hated Raid Bosses in WoW

We have another hirumaredx top 10 list, this time going through the most hated bosses in the game! Now, these aren’t necessarily the worst or most difficult bosses, just those with a special combination of length, runback annoyance, forced role-playing segments, or other time sinks, and more. Basically anything that slows down a fight gets a boss sent to this list, especially on legacy content re-clears. That and just fighting adds instead of the boss for an extended period of time.

Things to Hate

Then there’s the classic gaming-hate generating mechanics like escort missions, like in Hellfire Assault, with the added bonus of it just being a bunch of trash mobs you fight. Taking away your character will also get a boss pretty hated, like Malygos’ dragon phase.

You may think you know the No.1, but our little flying adventure is actually at No.2, as a certain dragon’s vertebrae didn’t quite make the top of the list. Siege of Orgrimmar wins the raid race with two bosses present on the list. Let’s dive in.

On a personal note, I have to disagree on Razorgore. Sure, his mind control was extremely buggy and annoying, but it was a very interesting fight. You can’t beat 8 Warriors each holding their own add entrance! In fact, here’s a REALLY old video of me taking it down with the guild:
