The Ultimate Player Power in Midnight : Apex Talents Could Redefine How Your Spec Plays in Midnight, and Here’s All of Them

Starym's Avatar by Starym

We have the full official preview for the new class power for Midnight, as Blizzard detail Apex talents!

This new capstone talent cluster brings three new upgrades for each spec, with four total talent points to spend starting at level 81. The three new nodes bring both active and passive player power to bear, affecting specific existing abilities (or adding entirely new ones to replace them) and doing various things like removing cooldowns, guaranteeing critical hits, adding buffs to damage or other stats and similar. The three talents cost a total of four points, with the first and fourth costing one, and the second two.

Blizzard have compiled a list of these Apex talents for each spec, so let’s take a look!

In Midnight, players can expand their specializations further with new Apex Talents, taking you deeper into the fantasy of your class. Available beginning at level 81, you’ll unlock the first of these and provide your character with an extra boost of power as you take on new challenges.

Apex Talents are intended to be the pinnacle of specialization trees going a little beyond the average talent. These new talents are focused on the core fantasy of each specialization and hone into core gameplay mechanics in new, powerful ways.

Apex Talents can be found in your Talent Tree beneath the (currently) final section of the specialization tree. They will cost a total of four specialization talent points. The first point is spent on an initial keystone that provides a large boost in power and introduces new gameplay. The next two-point node emphasizes the Apex Talent or a few core abilities for the specialization. The final point applies to a capstone that brings the Apex Talent into a complete and cohesive package.

To give you an idea of what is in store for you and your character, we’ve rounded up each classes’ Apex Talents for their specializations.
