We’re back with some serious solo kills! It’s the end of the expansion, and it’s just the right time to get some fresh 1V1s with raid bosses. Venn proved once again that he’s one of the best soloers of all time, with yet another current-tier raid boss solo, this time with Soulbinder Naazindri in Manaforge: Omega.
Another Current-Tier Boss Solo
Aside from the usual preparation, high item level, crazy skill, strategy, etc. needed to pull off a solo kill like this, Soulbinder Naazindri had an extra quirk that needed to be taken care of. But first things first. As with most soloed current-tier bosses, Naazindhri doesn’t have a hard enrage. This becomes abundantly clear when you find out the fight took 45 minutes to beat! And that’s actually on the very low end for solo fights like these. So, aside from insane survivability, add control, and some top-tier tank damage, what was the main issue with the fight?
RUN!!
Well, quite appropriately for the role soloing it, it’s the tank buster ability. 
Mystic Lash not only hits hard, it also stacks a debuff that makes the target take more and more damage every time. Eventually, it will just outright kill the player. So, what to do? Well, you outrange it! That’s actually very easily done with a Brewmaster thanks to their mobility. Unfortunately, the spec can’t handle other aspects of the fight, the intermission adds in particular. So then the only solution was to get one of the most notoriously slow classes to be able to outrun the ability!
That’s right, Venn had to get a Blood Death Knight up to some crazy high movement speeds in order to survive. The DK is uniquely positioned to handle the big debuffs of the fight with AMS and has great self-sustain. But you’re not just running outside of the ability’s 50-yard range, you’re also outrunning the boss, who is very much chasing after you for the full 5-second cast! 20% passive move speed, the Worgen Racial 
Darkflight, one 
Nitro Boosts kit, 
Wraith Walk and 
Death’s Advance (with all the talents to speed them up), and one 
Elusive Blasphemite with all the colors later, 450% was reached!
With the tank buster out of the way, it was just a matter of whittling down the boss and surviving the adds, which endlessly spawn after the soft enrage. The DPS check wasn’t exactly a cake walk either, as Venn explains, it was just barely doable with the DK. So, let’s take a look at this massively impressive feat!
