How to Farm Valorstones Quickly
During the Greedy Emissary event, Treasure Goblins spawn all over Undermine every hour at :15, and it gets even better! The first rare mob you kill each hour will also spawn a Treasure Goblin, which means you can kill them more frequently compared to capital cities, resulting in even more Valorstones.

According to Reddit user cub4nito, you need 13 portals to cap Valorstones in Undermine, as they spawn very frequently.

Will Valorstones Reset When Season 3 Starts?
Blizzard announced in this week’s Patch 11.2 PTR build that Valorstones will transfer over and not reset when Season 3 starts on August 12, 2025.
