You’d be hard-pressed to argue against the new hub for Midnight being one of its major features, as seeing Silvermoon remade is quite the sight! But what exactly is changing? Aside from the controversial Horde/common are split, there’s many more changes coming to the Blood Elf capital. Luckily for us, IllidanS4 has another comparison video for us!
Things are certainly much more atmospheric, with darker insides especially – the inn being a great example. Aside from the graphical improvements, the removal of the fel crystals is the biggest visual change. The Ruins of Silvermoon area is also completely remade, obviously, with the impressive Gardens of Remembrance taking its place. They sport the Horde-like hedge crest seen in early previews. Perhaps the most impressive addition is left for last, with the Sanctum of Light coming in where the Dead Scar once was.
