We have some amazing fan creations to check out today! A player made (and re-made) WoW box art covers featuring the one-character focus style that ended with Legion. We get entirely new boxes for Battle for Azeroth, Shadowlands, Dragonflight, and The War Within, with Vanilla, BC, and even WotLK getting some reworks!
Single-Minded Box Art
AdministrativeLaw259 took it upon themselves to remake a whole lot of expansions, and even Vanilla, to fit the “main character” theme. We get a dwarf for the base game (although that one’s hotly debated, even by AdministrativeLaw259), Kael’thas for Burning Crusade, even Arthas gets a makeover with a new image! Then we have Anduin modeling for BfA, Sylvanas for Shadowlands, Alexstraza for Dragonflight, and Xal’atath for The War Within.
The Vanilla one was made after the others, and is very much less appropriate. We may be seeing Ragnaros on the cover in the next revision, however! Would he be the better pick or C’thun?
It’ll be interesting to see how midnight pans out here, as it’ll be even more purple and most likely even more Xal’atath-y!
