Blizzard today revealed that Midnight Alpha starts October 2!
But that’s not the only thing to get excited about! On October 1, Blizzard will broadcast a Midnight Deep Dive at 9:00 AM PDT with Creative Director Chris Metzen and Game Director Ion Hazzikosas. This one will focus primarily on the new zones, story, and expansion features.
Immediately after the Deep Dive, a live Midnight Q&A with lead WoW developers will take place where you can ask any questions about the latest Blizzard expansion!
Oh, and don’t forget to opt in for Midnight Beta for a chance to join the testing at some point!

Immediately following the Midnight Deep Dive broadcast join us for a live Midnight Q&A with the lead developers of World of Warcraft.
Game Director Ion Hazzikostas, Associate Game Director Paul Kubit, and Design Director Maria Hamilton will join Community Manager Randy Jordan to answer your biggest questions about World of Warcraft: Midnight.
Head over to the World of Warcraft forums to submit your question for the Q&A, and we’ll answer as many as we can about Midnight during the livestream.

Midnight Alpha Test Begins!
The World of Warcraft®: Midnight alpha test begins October 2! Over the course of the test, we’ll be inviting community veterans, press, fansites, and friends and family to check out the upcoming expansion and give us feedback.
Players selected to participate* will receive an email invitation directing them to download the game client directly from the Battle.net desktop app. As always, please be aware of phishing attempts—if you’re unsure whether your invitation is legitimate, please log in to your Battle.net account to verify that there is a Midnight Alpha license attached (under Your Game Accounts).
