That’s right, patch 11.1.7 isn’t quite done with us! The 
Durable Information Securing Container aka D.I.S.C. aka the Delve belt, is still very much a player in Season 3’s gearing! And you can get it even more easily than in the last patch.
A Quick 20 Minute Adventure, In and Out
The belt is still a powerhouse right up until Heroic raid levels of gear, with its 701 item level. And considering just how easy and fast it is to grab, there’s absolutely no reason not to. In case you don’t already have it or skipped it on an alt you might want to play now, all you have to do is a few very fast quests and Delves.
You start off at the Devler’s headquarters in Dornogal and grab the first quest at the titan console.
You get the belt after you finish the first quest by clearing a Delve. Since Overcharged Delves left with 11.1.7, any Delve now do, even a lowly Tier 1!
You then get a couple more quests to clear any Delve to get it up to its maximum item level, and that’s it. You now have a 701 belt and a pretty secure gear slot until Champion 8/Hero 4 gear! Considering how fast certain Delves are, you could be done in as few as 15 minutes, with some tier 1s taking 2-3 minutes with the right spec. Sidestreet Sluice, Tak-Rethan Abyss, and Fungal Folly are particularly fast with the right story, to name a few. Unfortunately, the extra rewards from the quests (like the 1k gold) aren’t present in this new questline.
