Ever since WoW Midnight launched, many Warlocks, in particular, have grown amazed, then jealous of Lithiel Cinderfury’s Demonic Gateways after stepping to Murder Row. Which brings back the age-old question that comes with every new expansion, patch, or update. When will Blizzard add more Glyphs?
WoW Players Want More Glyphs
The number of Glyphs Blizzard has implemented has drastically plummeted over the past couple of expansions. While occasionally a class will receive one significant customization change, such as Shamans getting Glyphs for their Ascended form, it’s been a while since there has been a new wave of recipes for Inscriptionists to make.
The discussion and plea to Blizzard is making its rounds again after Warlocks saw the new and improved Demonic Gateway model in Murder Row. Thus, on top of previous outcry for more customization to older races, many WoW players are asking for new or, at the very least, updates to the older Glyphs.
Many Warriors are still asking for Blizzard to add an official “Glyph of Condemn” to make their Execute appear like the Venthyr Covenant ability. Priests are also asking for new void themed Glyphs after all of the new void animations and models we have seen throughout Midnight so far.
A Feat Too Great, or One Forgotten?
While it is true that Blizzard is rolling out some new customization options for Dracthyr, it seems like Glyphs and a lot of requested customization options are being forgotten or haven’t had much priority in a long time.
It’s very clear that WoW players care deeply for any and all customization, and while there have been leaps and bounds made with Housing and updates to the Transmog system, Glyphs are something fans have been wanting more of for years. Question is and has always been, when will Blizzard add more?
