The Twilight Ascension pre-patch event is finally here, and with it comes new rewards, mounts, and catch-up gear! To get your hands on these rewards, you’ll need 
Twilight’s Blade Insignia, which you can earn from weekly quests, world quests, and from killing rares.

Voice of the Eclipse
To summon the Voice of the Eclipse, you must fill an Ephemeral Void well with Void Orbs. Once this event spawns, a zone-wide announcement is broadcast: “An Ephemeral Void has manifested in [x location].”
The Voice of the Eclipse will then spawn on one of the following locations:
