As of May 13, players can use 
Valorstones to purchase gear caches on live servers containing Champion gear that cant be sent to alts!
Where to Buy the Gear
Head to Dornogal, inside the Mythic+ building, you’ll find Agmera, who sells 
Undermine Equipment Chest for 325 Valorstones!
Requirements to Buy?
The best thing is there are no requirements to buy the chest. During Season 1, players had to earn a Mythic+ rating of at least 1,000 to buy the chests. This time around, there are no requirements besides the Valorstones.
From Veteran to Champion
In The War Within Season 1, these chests offered Veteran gear. For Season 2, Blizzard has upgraded the rewards track, you now receive Item Level 636 Champion gear! Keep in mind the Mythic tag on the item is a visual bug, as you can see, the track’s still Champion.
With Valorstones uncapped, this is an easy way to gear up your alts if you don’t want to bother with doing Delves. You can even put the chests in the Warband bank for easier access, so what are you waiting for?
