Zenless Zone Zero leaks for Version 3.0 are starting to reveal more information about Pyrois, the new combat form linked to the Proxies, Wise and Belle. And honestly, it already looks far cooler than many players expected.
The latest leaks not only revealed its beta kit and abilities, but we now also have a first look at its animations!
Pyrois Might Become the First Fully Playable Proxy
Pyrois was officially revealed already by HoYoverse a few weeks ago as an Attack Ether Agent, but the latest leaks also list him as an S-Rank, however, this remains to be seen.
It is also completely unknown how the character will be distributed. Because Pyrois is directly linked to the main protagonist, many players are wondering if Pyrois will be given for free and function like the Trailblazer forms in Honkai: Star Rail or the Traveler’s elements in Genshin Impact. But since ZZZ always functioned differently, HoYoverse might plan to release the form as a full limited banner Agent.
At the moment, nothing has been officially confirmed.
A Very Aggressive Ether DPS Kit
From the leaked kit, Pyrois looks focused on:
- Dealing massive Daze and Ether DMG
- Coordinated attacks with Phaethon
- Multiple Ultimate branches
One of the most unique parts of the kit is the four-direction Ultimate system. Instead of having only one Ultimate animation, Pyrois can apparently activate four different Ultimate variants depending on directional input:
- Upper branch
- Lower branch
- Left branch
- Right branch
So each time you launch an Ultimate, you can choose which one you want to activate by pushing the right directional key, and each one grants different buffs or effects afterward.
Early Animations Already Look Impressive
On top of the kit, we also have some leaked animations, and they are pretty cool!
The transformation itself is also getting a lot of attention, especially since many did not expect the Proxies themselves to eventually become front-line fighters. If the current beta direction remains unchanged, Pyrois could easily become one of the best characters introduced during Zenless Zone Zero Season 3.
As always with leaks, though, the kit, scaling, rarity, and release method can still change before official release, so just keep that in mind! It definitely looks like a very interesting character to play!
