This list ranks builds based on their speed and ease of clearing the first few Acts (and areas) when starting with a fresh slate on World Tier 1. The higher the tier in the list above, the better the leveling performance.
The tier list is not final and is being continuously updated based on the evolution of the meta.
Please also note that for certain in-game activities, some characters will be weaker regardless of the build, but the relative rankings should not differ much at lower levels.
This build tier list is up to date as of September 13th, and accounts for all the balance patches since Diablo 4 was launched (including seasons).
