Blizzard went into quite some detail on the upcoming class changes in today’s Campfire stream. With next week’s mid-season patch, all classes are getting changes and we’ve gathered them all up here. There will be more details coming before the patch, with the full notes, but for now this is what Blizzard revealed.
Barbarian
No Charge changes! The build is borderline too powerful, but it stays for now. The focus is on underused skills.
Druid
Druids are getting basic and companion ability buffs.
Rogue
Rogue is getting some legendary Aspect changes as well, specifically regarding Barrage.
Necromancer
Necromancers got the most changes, with even more announced for Season 4.
Sorcerer
Conjuration skills and certain less used passives and Paragon Glyphs are coming, and we got specific details on Incinerate buffs as well.
