Blizzard’s Diablo franchise is heading to your dining room. An officially licensed tabletop RPG based on Diablo 4 is being worked on! And it is already looking like it is going to be everything fans could want from a dark fantasy roleplaying experience. Expect loot, lore, and lots of dice rolls!
The game is simply titled Diablo: The Roleplaying Game. It is planned for a full release in 2026, but the Kickstarter campaign is now live via Glass Cannon Unplugged.
This is not just a quick cash-in either. It is being developed by a highly qualified team of tabletop creators, led by Joe LeFavi (Blade Runner RPG), and featuring designers behind Fate, Ironsworn, Blades in the Dark, and more.
Unlike previous Diablo-inspired D&D materials, this is a standalone system built from the ground up. It features a custom D6 dice pool system, a cinematic action, and a world covered in dark, gothic horror.
What to Expect
In Diablo: The Roleplaying Game, you will begin your journey as a powerful hero, not a beginner. There is no place for noobs in this game! You will always start as an advanced character, and never at level 1. Hacking, slashing, and casting powerful spells as a champion of Sanctuary.
You can choose from iconic classes like:

- Necromancer

- Rogue
The story takes place directly after the events of Diablo 4, letting you explore a vast, post-campaign world. The core rulebook expands over 300 pages, full of new rules, lore, maps, and stunning dark fantasy artwork.
