Despite appearing clearly within the Helltide event area, the spire does not respond to clicks, skills, or proximity. It is just there, looming in the chaos, offering no explanation.
Other players quickly joined, confirming they had also encountered the mysterious structure. One mentioned seeing it in the Deep Forest area of Scosglen, near Tur Dulra, while another spotted it in the top-left zone of the map.
