A player just had a really rough run in Infernal Hordes, as literally nothing kept freezing them over and over!
It’s a Cold Day in Hell
While all of us enter Hell when playing the Infernal Hordes mode, Disastrous-Store-411 entered a whole new level of hell. After each wave, when every monster was defeated, they just kept getting frozen over and over again, with no rhyme or reason behind it.
As you can see, it’s not an invisible frozen elite affix, as the character actually gets slowed before freezing. Something’s applying a constant chill until the freeze, as an invisible mob or something similar lurks beneath the map. But the waves still get cleared after a while, as the enemy seems to just die of nothing.
So at least the run was actually completed, although the number of Aether wasn’t exactly impressive, especially for a 10-wave Horde. Have you ever run into something like this?
