Season 10 of Diablo 4 is not even over yet, but players are already talking about what they want next, and they are not holding back. A new Reddit thread has showed up, listing what players hope Blizzard will add in Season 11 or future DLC, and it goes from quality-of-life upgrades to a ton of various system changes.
You can check out the post here:
Some of the most popular ideas are:
- Summonable goblin merchants or ravens, so players do not have to run back to town every five minutes.
- Auto-loot and loot filters, so you can finally just grab what matters.
- Breakable dungeon doors, because as one user said, “Why can’t our spells blow these open already?” No one has time to open doors when you are chasing after demons!
Basically, players want less time clicking doors and selling junk, more time slaying demons.
Trading, Loot, and the Auction House Debate
One of the biggest talking points was a return to trading or even an in-game auction house. Some players think a gold-only auction system could finally make trading easier without turning the game into pay-to-win. Other similar games have perfectly working trading houses, and there is no reason this should not work for Diablo 4.
It is one of those discussions that has split the community right down the middle, especially because of the fear of repeating the previous money-driven fiasco.
“An in-game Auction House will never happen. It flopped in Diablo 2, Diablo 3, and it’ll flop in D4.”
Other Ideas
Beyond that, players shared a ton of other clever changes they would love to see in the near future:
- Stackable Whisper Caches
- A “Sell All” button
- Buffs for underused Mythic items
- A better reputation system for the Tree of Whispers
One player summed it up perfectly on the Reddit post:
“There are sooo many ways to improve D4, we just want it to feel fun again.”
Will Blizzard Listen?
After the love players shared for Season 10, and the teased changes coming soon, expectations for Season 11 are really high. If Blizzard adds even a few of these requested changes, players say it could make the whole game feel much better, and bring back the fun.
Until then, all we can do is wait for Thursday, October 16, 2025, for the next Sanctuary Sitdown!
