Greetings, Warriors of Light. There’s a lot of excitement brewing for both the North American stop for Fan Festival 2026 tomorrow and for Patch 7.5 releasing on Tuesday, April 28! To build on the hype, we also have an ongoing contest, a giveaway, and some wallpapers!
Art and Video Contest Voting
The finalists for the different categories were decided early last week and voting ends Sunday, April 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (PDT). Split between Art and Video contests, you can vote on each sub-category for your favorites!
For the Art Contest, vote for which entries you think best fit the Amazing, Cute, or Fun vibes in each of the four categories (Unaltered Screenshots, Altered Screenshots, Illustrated Works, and Physical Handcrafted Works).
For the Video Contest, make sure to enjoy everyone’s hard work and love portraying their favorite FFXIV mount! Carefully consider your choice and vote for your favorite video.
Finally, winners will be announced on or around May 1, 2026. For more details, make sure to check out their announcement page.
FFXIV x HYTE PC Case Sweepstakes
FFXIV has teamed up with HYTE and iBUYPOWER to host a sweepstakes for a Y70 PC case featuring the main FFXIV cast. The campaign runs from Thursday, April 23rd, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (PDT).
To enter, visit their Gleam promotion page and satisfy one to twelve different entry methods! You’ll need to log in via Twitter/X or Email. However, I’d recommend the former just for convenience because entries require reposting or following X posts and accounts. Also, the winner will be notified through X Direct Message in May 2026.

Patch 7.5 Fan Kit Has Been Released!
If you are absolutely enamored with the beautiful key art for Patch 7.5 (or perhaps just enamored with Estinien), I have some good news for you. Desktop wallpapers, smartphone wallpapers, and X profile headers are now available for download!
Pick your favorite of two options, either one with the Trail to the Heavens patch title or one with simply Dawntrail. Simply head to their announcement page and download your desired wallpaper!
