Ohohoho, Warriors of Light! After an exciting (and perhaps grueling) six days, Final Fantasy XIV’s Dancing Mad Ultimate has been cleared! Watching and cheering on the first streamed clear is always a memorable experience, especially with Ultimate raids. However, just because one group has completed the fight doesn’t mean everything’s over! Let’s see who won and what’s still ongoing.

#WorldFirst Stream Winner is Team DN!

Congratulations to Team DN for being the first to stream a clear for Dancing Mad Ultimate! The first place streamer slot has been locked in on an impressive Day 6 clear. If you’d like to watch the clear, tune in to their Paladin iTrolledU’s stream, their Ninja Sheendah’s stream, or their Red Mage Sayakeixiv’s stream. Be sure to check the stream playback!

The Race is Still Ongoing!

Even if you’re not World First or Stream First, there are still plenty of teams working hard to conquer Kefka and to place on the leaderboard. As of writing, you can show your support for teams like Team Poikos, Team NO CCHH, Team STEALINGFIRE, and Team BananaCodex as they clean up the final phase! The FrostyMog charity fundraising stream will only showcase the teams that are streaming, so check out the MogTalk’s Official Standings or FFLog’s Race To World First for leaderboards. Everything requires manual review so rankings may change later on.

Of course, there are plenty of groups that aren’t racing, and just want to clear the fight as quickly as they can. Cheer on your favourite streamers and join their chat in hyping them up! I’m certain they will appreciate the love, especially after all their long prog hours. Here’s hoping we can see more Cruel Legends soon!

Show Your Love by Supporting Games For Love

Throughout the race, MogTalk is holding a fundraiser for Games For Love! You can purchase Dancing Mad Ultimate themed merch where 25% of sales are dedicated to the non-profit. Alternatively, you can donate directly to the fundraiser. As of writing, they have raised a whopping $103,291.39 for the charity! Let’s keep it up, Warriors of Light!

What started as a personal crisis evolved into the non-profit gaming charity that is Games For Love. Through various initiatives that involve technology and gaming, they are dedicated to easing the suffering, saving lives, and fostering sustainable futures for children.

With the first clear and likely more on the horizon, we can expect strategies and resources to be compiled soon. Keep an eye on Icy Vein’s Dancing Mad guide page whenever strategies have been standardized. I look forward to seeing more clown glamours complete with clown weapons!
