Recent leaks from the Honkai: Star Rail community suggest that two characters may undergo major changes through a new Pathm, altering how they are designed and played. The characters speculated to receive these new forms are Blade and Aventurine.
According to recent information, Blade’s SP variant is expected to arrive around Version 4.3 as a Nihility character who may function as both a support and a DPS character. If true, this shows character flexibility as well as a more potential dynamic kit.
Meanwhile, Aventurine’s SP version, rumored for Version 4.5, is said to follow the Elation path and focus on follow-up attacks as a primary damage source. This positions him as a dedicated DPS built around reactive or chained attacks.
While details remain unconfirmed it is interesting to see that more current characters are receving potential new forms and begs the question if we will continue to see new forms of other current characters within the game in the near future.
