What Is the Path of Elation in Honkai: Star Rail?
The Path of Elation is linked to the Aeon Aha. This Path introduces a new DMG type, stacking effects, special states and other abilities scaling with skill point use. One main feature of this Path is that Aha themself participate in each battle alongside Elation characters through its own mechanic acting as an extra ally.
Combat Role and Gameplay
The Path of Elation focuses on DMG scaling through the generation of shared stacks which can be consumed to significantly enhance the power of a character's abilities. This Path doesn't follow the standard scaling system but rather relies on its own system to instead deal Crit.
A key part of its gameplay is the involvement of the Aeon Aha, who periodically triggers a special phase unlocking powerful skills for all Elation characters at once. This phase also removes debuffs and allows characters to deal massive amounts of burst damage.
Overall, Elation encourages strategic team synergy. You need to balance generating stacks, managing skill points as well as timing characters strongest abilities around Aha’s activation to get the most out of the path’s playstyle.
