Capcom’s big plans for Monster Hunter Wilds just got spoiled early thanks to a leak on PlayStation’s Store. Before Capcom could officially reveal the game’s next major update during their stream on the 26, players spotted a banner on PlayStation that gave away the surprise.
This leak reveals several details about Title Update 2, which will bring back some favorite monsters, introduce new features, and add more ways to customize your character.
What’s Coming in Title Update 2?
According to the leak, the update will include:
- The return of two classic monsters, including Lagiacrus
- A new Arch-Tempered version of Uth Duna, found in the Scarlet Forest
- A special event quest to defeat Arch-Tempered Uth Duna, with a reward of a new gamma armor
- A new Layered Weapons system, letting you change weapon appearance without affecting stats
Additionally, the following cosmetics will also be available through a new event:
