According to the latest Neverness to Everness information we have, Lacrimosa is expected to become the first limited character released during Version 1.1. And even if many players are already planning to pull for her, not everyone will have enough keys left to also grab her signature ARC.
Thankfully, there is already a really strong free alternative available in the game right now, and it is even an S-Rank ARC.
Youthful Fantasy Might Be Lacrimosa’s Best Free ARC
Based on current testing and early theorycrafting, the S-Rank ARC Youthful Fantasy is going to be one of the best low-budget options for Lacrimosa. This ARC currently appears to perform really good for Chaos characters like Lacrimosa.
How to Get the Free S-Rank ARC
To obtain Youthful Fantasy, you need to clear the Black Tome Anomaly that is available in the open world.
The boss can be tracked directly through the Anomaly Commission menu, and it is located in the New Herland District on the right side of the map, slightly southwest of Wertheimer Tower.
The Anomaly itself is a massive living book creature. You can find it at the top of a construction site inside the objective area.
- Use the elevator in front of the unfinished building
- Ride it up to Floor 4
- Continue toward the glowing purple anomaly zone
- Interact with the small library to begin the fight
After defeating and containing the anomaly, you will receive the S-Rank ARC as a reward.
Worth Getting Before Version 1.1
Since Lacrimosa is an Attack-scaling Esper, she benefits a lot from high Attack and chaos bonus damage. This is why Youthful Fantasy basically has one of the best value options available for free-to-play players who want to go for Lacrimosa. Outside of this ARC, the only currently known stronger alternatives are:
- Lacrimosa’s signature ARC
- The paid Battle Pass ARC
That makes this anomaly reward one of the best free weapons you can obtain ahead of Version 1.1 for Lacrimosa!
Keep also in mind that there are many more free S-Rank ARCs that you can obtain by defeating specific anomalies, so if you have not gone over those yet, we highly recommend you take some time to gather those free ARCs. Some of them are really good compared to the paid options.
