Neverness to Everness‘s latest update just added a new city leveling program to coincide with the release of Pukaland. This Puka Membership Program is very similar to the current Tycoon Incentive Program. By earning Fons and completing objectives, you can level up and gain rewards. With 45 levels of rewards, there is a lot to gain through this program. The new program unlocks after you reach Level 16 in the Tycoon Incentive program.
How to Level Up Your Puka Membership ASAP
To level your Puka membership, you must earn Fons by doing activities such as Hethereau Hobbies or Anomaly Commissions. They also added a new system called the Sweetdream Charity Drive. Here, you can purchase Candy Boxes and donate them to increase your progress. Each box costs 100,000 Fons and donates for that same amount.
In addition to the Fons, like with Tycoon Incentive, you must complete certain objectives to level up. These objectives vary from level to level, including missions such as spending a certain amount of Fons, or playing certain game modes such as Pink Paws Heist.
Puka Membership Rewards
Within the Puka membership, each level gives you a variety of rewards such as Annuliths or leveling materials. In addition, certain levels will give special rewards, including:
- 2 Standard S-rank Character Selectors: Provides a standard S-rank of your choice to join your team. Check out our guide on the standard S-ranks here.
- 1 Standard S-rank Arc Selector: Provides one copy of a standard S-rank Arc for free.
- Character Outfits for Baicang, Sakiri, and Haniel
Should You Focus Puka Membership or Tycoon Incentive?
If you are a new player, or haven’t tried Tycoon Incentive fund before, you may be wondering which of these two programs you should work on. The Puka membership program and Tycoon Incentive level up independently as far as Fons. This means that you must select one to level at a time by going to the City Tycoon page.
Thankfully, there is no wrong option for which to focus on. Both systems give you Annuliths and leveling materials, so the main difference is those big rewards. The Tycoon Incentive gives you access to S-rank Chiz and her Arc. She is a strong S-rank Cosmos character and great to have for free. But at the same time, gaining one of the standard S-rank characters is also a great option.
However, the Tycoon Incentive has one very important leveling milestone you might want to obtain before switching away. At Level 23, your city stamina cap increases to 700. This allows you to gain more Fons per week from the different hobby activities, speeding up your leveling no matter which program you are doing. Think of it this way: hit the Tycoon Incentive milestone first, faster completion for both programs in the end. Win-win.
