With Neverness to Everness finally releasing Hotori’s limited banner, many players are wondering what is needed to fully build the new Cosmos character. If you plan on taking her all the way to max level with fully upgraded skills, you are going to need a lot of materials.

Hotori Needs Over 2 Million Beetle Coins
The biggest cost by far when it comes to leveling a character to max in this game is the Beetle Coin, the main upgrade currency in NTE. In total, you need about 2,273,000 Beetle Coins. To completely max Hotori from Level 1 through all ascensions and skill upgrades, you will also need:

Keep in mind that this is the total from level 1 to level max + all the skill upgrades to max as well. Obviously, if you do not go all the way to max, you will need way fewer materials than that. It is also important to note that some materials are significantly more important to prioritize early than others.
Confessional Flower Seed and Weekly Boss Materials
Two items might cause you issues if you did not pre-farm them:
- Confessional Flower Seed
- Dress Sleeves of Vanity
The Confessional Flower Seed drops from the Serenetti Anomaly Hunt and costs 60 stamina per run. Because stamina can be quite limited, you might need a few days to collect everything you need. Same for the Dress Sleeves of Vanity, since this comes from weekly content, it is another item that cannot simply be farmed in its entirety in one day.
If you prepared before Hotori’s release, you probably already started saving these boss drops in advance, but for the others, you will have to be patient and farm for the next few weeks on these.
