The upcoming Lord of Mysteries MMORPG might finally have a release window!
According to a listing spotted on the Chinese App Store, the game is currently expected to launch on November 1, 2026. As always with early store listings, this date is not set in stone and could still change closer to release, so keep that in mind. But it is one of the more concrete signs we have had so far about the game’s release timeline.

What Is Lord of Mysteries
For those who hear about this game for the first time, the project is an adaptation of the popular web novel Lord of Mysteries (诡秘之主), first officially announced back in 2023 under the title “Code: Mystery.” It is being developed by SPARK NEXA and has been described as an MMORPG taking place in a Victorian-inspired mystery world, built in Unreal Engine 5, with cross-platform support planned.
You can already take a look and pre-register on the official website and the English official website. A gameplay trailer was also shared by IGN a few months ago:
Over the past couple of years, the game has slowly started to reveal itself through trailers and closed tests. The IGN footage has already shown off locations like Tigen City, along with hints of a big open-world featuring mystery-focused storytelling, supernatural factions, and a specific “Beyonder progression” and “Pathways” systems.
If the listing is accurate, it would also fit with the game’s current testing phase roadmap. A second closed beta is already planned, and the developers have been expanding content, new enemies, and additional story elements.
Of course, nothing here is officially confirmed yet, and keep in mind that this could also just be the Chinese release date. Nothing here confirms it will release simultaneously on Global. But between trailers, beta tests, and now a store listing, it does look like the project is at least moving toward a full release window now!
